S&T Interiors played a pivotal role in the development of the Waterfront Integrated Resort, a landmark mixed-use complex in Colombo, Sri Lanka. As the main contractor, we managed the wet trade contract, overseeing critical construction activities such as block work and plastering. This project, developed by Waterfront Properties (Private) Ltd, a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC, redefines Colombo’s skyline with its innovative design. The resort features a 6-star hotel, luxury apartments, a large retail center, office buildings, and car parks, creating a ‘city within a city’. Our expertise in managing complex construction processes was instrumental in bringing this ambitious vision to life.
